Ms. Cara Troup, company founder, has been working with Department of Defense customers since 2001 and has also supported the Department of State, Department of Justice, and US Agency for International Development. Throughout her career she has provided contract management and compliance, project financial oversight and analysis, program management and communication, and conference planning. Ms. Troup is also an experienced writer and facilitator having written and reviewed proposals, reports, and policy documents as well as organizing and leading internal and external meetings.
